Step 1: LOCATION
The building site for your beautiful new home is just as important as the home itself. Making sure we choose the right area, community, and especially the specific location is key to ensuring total home satisfaction. KB Contracting Solutions has a great inventory of available home sites where we’re ready to. Kyle is always searching out land opportunities for clients and being a local Conway builder gives him great knowledge of potential home sites. If you can’t find what you are looking for in our inventory, an alternative option is to build your new home on property you already own!
Step 2: DESIGN PLANS
The design choices that go into the planning phase of construction are so vital to the overall success of building your dream home. We take our time and use our experience to advise you and assist you in every step to ensure we deliver the best results. Listening to your ideas, wants, and needs, our team can create that exceptional and unique custom plan. We have a large inventory of plans for reference, and also welcome our clients to bring in ideas and inspiration from other plans. Collaboration, creativity, and function are key!
Step 3: BUDGET
Your financial comfort zone is important, and we understand how essential it is fit steps #1 and #2 into your overall financial goals. The budget is an integral part of the building process, so we’ve created an easy-to-follow budgeting format that allows you to stay informed of all the financial aspects during the construction of your home. We communicate often to ensure that you are satisfied with the customized plan we develop.

Step 5: CONSTRUCTION
The construction phase is where planning and design comes together. Kyle Berryman has a proven crew of subcontractors and craftsmen who value customer satisfaction, honesty, and the importance of details. Our production staff is on site to supervise progress, detail, and a quality end result.
Throughout the construction phase, we provide homeowners with a walk through at the job site explaining the unique components of the home, and a schedule that details completion and move in timelines. KB Contracting Solutions also provides a builder’s home warranty detailing warrantable items after closing and moving in.
